Mesyuarat Robot Soccer PKS

Assalamualaikum & Selamat Sejahtera,

Terima kasih diucapkan kepada semua yang telah menghadiri mesyuarat robot soccer PKS yang pertama untuk tahun ini tadi. Segala komitmen dan kerjasama anda sangat dialu-alukan. Semoga selepas ini kita akan bersama-sama mempertingkatkan lagi ilmu pengetahuan kita dalam bidang robot umumnya dan robot soccer khasnya. Saya mengalu-alukan semua untuk memberi sebarang info mahupun ilmu yang bermanfaat dan boleh dikongsikan bersama-sama.

IROC 2008 team

The International Robot Olympiad is an annual international robotic event, designed as a platform for students to develop their ideas, skills and creativity through competition. PKS presentators were Hasnul Mustafa, Mohd Hamizan, Raffle & Mdm Dasima. The tournament held on 17-21 December 2008 at International Islamic University, Kuala Lumpur. We proudly anounced that we won the BRONZE MEDAL in the robot soccer competition.

Great time @ 2 nd FIRA Malaysia Cup

2nd FIRA Malaysia Cup was held in Politeknik Johor Bharu on 17 - 21 April 2008. In this event we won our first Bronze Medal. The team was represented by Cornelius, Josef, Mr Saiful Irwan (the trainer), Mohd Redzuan, Zaimi, Abdul Raup and Mohd Osman (As the team leader). Futhermore in this event, the first conference in robot soccer has been introduced. It was a good platform for the lecturers involved in robot soccer to do their research and development in robot soccer system. The research paper from PKS are written by Mdm Dasima & Mr Ho Yoong Chow but presented by Mr Ahmad Sani. We hope we can produce better paper in future.

Updating - 1st FIRA team

The 1st FIRA robot soccer tournament was held in Politeknik Seberang Prai, Penang which involved by eight pioneer polytechnics in Malaysia. Politeknik Kuching Sarawak presentators were (frm left to right) Ignasius Putra, Mohd Hamizan, Mr Ho Yoong Chow (as the trainer), Hasnul Mustafa and Mohd Nazrie (as the team leader).
